For the property owner who wants to use their holiday home exclusively for themselves and for those who allow select family and friends to enjoy it.

This personalised service offers domestic cleaning, laundry and linen provision, housekeeper and concierge services. The housekeeper oversees the cleaning of the property and will carry out your individual instruction for that ‘home from home’ feeling. The Concierge service includes catering, using only the best local free range products we can provide home made meals to Cornish Food Hampers and cater for parties; Information sheets detailing for example local complementary therapists and beauticians; toiletries; flower arrangements if required.

The Property Management Package in conjunction with this package affords a network of caretakers to manage and maintain your property.
