Our network of caretakers can complete regular property checks, report any faults and make general repairs. In preparation for winter we can also organise an annual schedule of works to ensure that your property is safe and in good working order. On engagement of specialist contractors we do not charge any commission fee. Our Key Holder Service provides a 24-hour crisis phone number and access for selected contractors and other third parties or the emergency services.
