For the holiday-home owner who lets their property on a regular basis.

This is a bespoke service and can include for example domestic cleaning, laundry and linen provision. A housekeeper will oversee the cleaning of your property helping to ensure quality assurance. Our Welcome Pack includes local organic soaps and our Information sheets details for example a ‘Letter from a Cornishman’, local attractions,  and emergency contacts numbers. Our Cornish Food Hampers help to stock up with essentials to luxury cream teas and barbeque produce.

Additional services can include window cleaning, gardening and patio maintenance, to be arranged as required. This bespoke service provides the highest standard and consistency of service necessary to maximise your investment.

We recommend this service in conjunction with our Property Management Package to help ensure a property is kept safe, in good order and in compliance with the client’s insurance policy.
